I guess it makes sense that I combined them all into Switch, a Fintech startup and payment platform. 

Especially if you consider how lousy an employee I was.

But I did learn a lot in previous jobs. With Deloitte, where I was for almost three years, I learnt a lot about working hard, being disciplined, and business models. 

These are all lessons that I try to put into practice at Switch, to steer it towards becoming the standard for retail payments.
