I help some, I build my own, and make some tiny early-stage investments.

Mainly, I am a founder. I like to spend my time focused on process and first principles - especially as it relates to growth and innovation, but I’m also driven by great execution, great user experiences and great culture.

I know that I’ve achieved a few things because I founded Mitoo, graduated 500 startups, and was an EIR at seedcamp and none of these things are the thing that I’m most proud of. That would have to be creating Core & Explore to change the game for startups and scaleups. 

It’s a goal-setting, team organisation, and prioritisation process that enables you to set extremely ambitious goals and then to hit them. It originated at my last startup where we used it to grow 50% a month for 9 months in a row.

Right now, I’m building new startups and helping other startups grow via the small team at Unkillable.
